Casa Atuel is a charming, intimate guesthouse in Bierge—right in the heart of the Sierra de Guara—run by Catherine, a Frenchwoman who has lived in the Sierra for over 20 years!
We are a small, family-run business; far removed from mass-tourism hotspots where guests are merely processed in and out, we welcome you as if you were at home.
Sierra de Guara
The Sierra de Guara is renowned as a “Mecca” for canyoning, but it is also an idyllic region for hiking, horseback riding, or mountain biking—or simply for relaxing by the river and rejuvenating yourself in its turquoise waters.
With its terrace offering panoramic views of the Sierra and the Alcanadre River below, Casa Atuel is the perfect place to unplug and recharge.

Casa Atuel is more than just accommodation; it offers a sense of conviviality that is rare these days. The atmosphere during drinks is warm and friendly, and we sometimes host small live music performances.
Whether it’s a game of darts or ping-pong, the game room, or just lounging in a deckchair or hammock, there is something for everyone—and above all… the sunset is spectacular!
